A whole grenade could take down a squad in CoH too.Īnd no its not Pay to Win. So in that case, troops are less expendable in this game. I also like that you don't have to have a squad sitting right on a capture point to capture it. Perhaps just because more people are playing it. Based off of above no counters + troops are more expendable, it really seems like COH2 pvp would be a spam mass fest as "everything seems to do basically well vs everything", so you would spam your soldiers and upgrade them with anti-tank weapons and anti-soldier weapons until you could just spam tanks? Had a couple of anti-tanks and there movement+range was so horrible that even with a tank rolling right up in their face the anti-tank lost to a tank both times. No more counters in COH there were very strong counters where if someone built only one unit (lets say tanks) you could just pump out the counter (anti-tanks) and destroy them. It is like we just want to pretend that Myth never happened. WAVE! WAVE! WAVE! WAVE!" which is frankly the cheapest and most brain numbing campaigns for all RTS', PERIOD. Every single mission so far as been a "oh my God we are under attack you have 10 seconds to prepare for. Airborn no longer regen in the field this sucks Troops are much more expendable much more spam of troops and much less troop management, a single grenade and your whole squad is down Cover doesn't seem to matter anymore in COH if you had your group in green cover you could fight off multiple enemies out of cover- so far NOT the case in COH2 So far playing on normal in campaign, first response is that pvp is better, might be would have no way to know that now.
